Buying False Eyelashes Online
How long does your FREE shipping take??

When you buy false eyelashes by Minki Lashes through this website, you will automatically receive FREE standard shipping within USA and Canada.

Please understand that we do NOT ship orders the same day. It takes 24-48 hours to process your order from the moment you buy false eyelashes through us.  Kindly allow up to 2 business days for your purchased Minki Lashes to get shipped out from one of our warehouses (located in Los Angeles, USA and Toronto, Canada). (Example: Orders placed on Monday will ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday).

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Approximate Delivery Times:

USA: 3-5 business days *Ships with USPS First-Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation

Canada: 7-10 business days *Ships with Canada Post

International: 7-15 business days * Ships with your selected courier

Do you ship Minki Lashes internationally??

Yes, we do. However, we do not offer free international shipping at this time so you will need to select your preferred shipping method at checkout, and obtain your shipping cost estimate at that time.

Note: On very rare occasions, the delivery time to some international countries may take up to 4 weeks.

*IMPORTANT: Although Minki Lashes does not charge any taxes on international orders at checkout, we cannot guarantee that you will not get charged any duties or customs taxes upon delivery of your parcel. Any import or customs duties may be charged when your parcel enters your destination country. They are not charged by Minki Lashes and must be paid by the package’s recipient. If you ship within USA or Canada, this does not apply to you.

Tracking International Orders:

Once the payment for your purchase of false eyelashes has cleared at our end, we will send you an email that your order has been processed, which may take up to 48 hours. A second email will be sent to you once your items have shipped. That confirmation will contain your tracking number and a link that will allow you to check the journey of your Minki Lashes.

My order arrived with missing items. What to do??

Please email Valeria at admin@minkilashes.com with your Minki Lashes order number and a copy of your order confirmation email, and we will get back to you with further investigation steps.

Returning and Exchanging False Eyelashes
Why are Minki Lashes non refundable??

Authentic mink eyelashes are a hygienic product and are non returnable. Minki Lashes takes matters of personal hygiene and public safety seriously and just like other beauty suppliers on the market, I do NOT allow open items to be returned for my customers’ safety reasons.

I try my best to provide a very detailed description and other relevant info about every Minki Lashes style to help you choose the right false eyelashes for you. This will also bring awareness RE: what you should expect from your luxurious lash strips before you buy false eyelashes online.

Can I exchange Minki Lashes??

Minki Lashes are exchangeable strictly in case we make a mistake and send you the wrong style of a lash (which is very rare :)). Please refer to our exchange policy for further instructions on how to proceed with your exchange due to our error.

How can I exchange my Minki Lashes to the right style? ?

You must contact us first at admin@minkilashes.com within the thirty (30) Day Exchange Period. I will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). All Minki Lashes must be shipped back unopened in its original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or an exchange will not be issued. All exchanges must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice.

I will then provide you with the return address which is in Los Angeles, USA or Toronto, Canada, where the exchange item will be inspected to see if you qualify for an exchange. Opened merchandise will not be exchanged.

How do I place an order online? ?

1. Select your desired luxurious Minki Lashes style(s) and quantity, and click on “add to shopping bag”.

2. You can click on “continue shopping” to add more products to your shopping bag, or “checkout” if you are ready to proceed with finishing your order. Your total number of products and its respectful total order amount will appear in your shopping bag.

3. After pressing “checkout”, you will be prompted to log into your account (or proceed as a guest if you don’t want to create one) and fill out the required shipping and billing information. Press “submit order”.

4. You will get an immediate email confirmation of your purchase, however it will take 1-2 business days to process and ship out your order. Please see our Shipping and Delivery section for further info.

What forms of payment do you accept??

You can buy false eyelashes online using the following methods of payment:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express (Accepted only though PayPal Checkout)
  • PayPal Payments

Note: All Credit Card and PayPal Payments are processed on the minkilashes.com website through Paypal to ensure security and privacy.

My payment is not going through. What to do??

1. At the checkout, double check that all of your personal information (Name, Address etc) matches the exact information on your credit card. If some part of the information doesn’t match, the transaction will not be allowed to go through. If unsure, please contact your credit card company to confirm the information they have on your file.

2. You can try going through the regular checkout page or PayPal checkout to check if the transaction might go through there.

3. If the problem persists, please email mail Valeria at admin@minkilashes.com with the Minki Lashes style you want to order and we will try to investigate.

I am getting an error message when trying to place my order. What should I do??

Try refreshing your page and proceed with your order again. If that doesn’t work, try accessing our website in another browser (IE9 or newer version, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Chrome for best results). To have the best experience with our website’s content and to help you buy false eyelashes online securely, we advise upgrading your browser to its latest version. Deleting your computer’s cookies and emptying the cache also helps resolve the issue as they may interfere with online merchants.

Why did I get charged the $3 international transaction fee??

Minki Lashes is a Toronto based company with shipping facilities in California, USA and Toronto, Canada. When you buy false eyelashes online outside of Canada, although rare, your credit card provider or bank might charge you a fee of $3-$5. This fee is not charged by Minki Lashes in any way (even if it displays as though it was charged by us) but rather directly by your bank or credit card company for buying something outside of your country of origin. Please contact your credit card provider or bank for further info. Note that we cannot refund this fe as it is not charged by us.

The luxurious Minki Lashes style I want to buy is out of stock. What should I do??

Occasionally, as some of our popular styles of false eyelashes may be temporarily out of stock at our distribution centre and on their way from our supplier, we will ship the remaining available items only and notify you of the ones that cannot be fulfilled.

At this time, we do not offer an option of “back orders” on products that are not available at the time of purchase so please check our website often to see if the lashes are back in stock.  You are also welcome to contact Valeria to request a notification email when the out of stock item is available again.
